Accommodation:
Guests are checked in after 14:00 on the day of arrival. The value of the booked stay is paid in advance, on the day of check-in, in Bulgarian leva /BGN/. Unless agreed otherwise.
Leaving the room:
Release of the rooms - until 11:00 on the day of departure. If you do not leave the room at the specified times, a fee of 50% of the overnight stay is due. If you wish to keep the room or extend your stay, please inform us. Please note that in case of late check-out or extension of stay, the room may be changed.
Tobacco smoking:
Smoking inside the rooms and corridors is forbidden. The balconies have ashtrays and you are welcome to use them.
We do not tolerate:
- unacceptable levels of noise or guest behavior;
- arrogant behavior by persons in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly state which destroys or threatens to destroy hotel property;
- breach of public order.
In the event of guests' refusal to comply, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without being liable for refunds or compensation.
Pets:
Pets are welcome. If you plan to bring yours you must inform us prior to finalizing your booking.
Please note that we have cats living in our yard.
